Chargers vs Cardinals Live@ NFL Football Game in HD

The first week of the 2018 NFL preseason wraps up on Saturday with a pair of games showcasing the Denver Broncos vs. Minnesota Vikings and the Arizona Cardinals vs. Los Angeles Chargers. The former contest will be nationally televised via NFL Network, giving fans across the country their final chance to catch some exhibition football until late next week. It has the makings of an exciting battle, especially given the numerous storylines in play for both squads.

For those seeking added incentive to tune in to a relatively meaningless Week 1 preseason showdown, there is always the option of placing a wager down on the outcome. Oddsmakers opened betting for the Broncos-Vikings game at a pick ‘em, calling the clash too close to call on paper. The over/under has been set at 35.5 points, a relatively low total considering there has been a surprising surge of scoring during the opening slate of exhibition matches. Viewers shouldn’t anticipate much action from the first-team players, however, as Broncos head coach Vance Joseph revealed that Denver’s starters are only going to be on the field for a maximum of two series, while Minnesota head coach Mike Zimmer will likely employ a similar strategy with his first-stringers. In the other game, which will only be televised locally, the Cardinals are a 2.5-point home favorite against the Chargers. The total on this one is 37, with early action forcing books to adjust the over/under up a point from the opening mark of 36.

Those on the hunt for some advice against the spread are in luck, as pro handicapper Jon Price of SportsInformationTraders.com has provided his take on both of tonight’s matchups after going 2-0 on his best bets yesterday. Vikings vs Broncos Live odds: Picks for NFL Preseason Week 1 from expert who’s 7-2 on Denver games.Emory Hunt has the pulse of the Broncos and just locked in a pick for Saturday’s preseason game.

Watch Vikings vs Broncos Live@ on Preseason Game week 1

The Minnesota Vikings came up one win shy of reaching the Super Bowl last season, while the Denver Broncos had a disastrous campaign just two years removed from hoisting the Lombardi Trophy. They meet Saturday at 9 p.m. ET in Denver in each team’s first preseason outing. Sportsbooks have this game listed as a pick’em, with the over-under for total points scored set at 34.5.

Before picking a side, listen to what SportsLine Expert Emory Hunt has to say. Hunt is the founder and CEO of Football Gameplan, which has been supplying analysis of all levels of football since 2007. The former running back joined SportsLine in 2016 and has provided his followers with winning seasons in college and pro football.

We can tell you Hunt is leaning toward the Over, but his much stronger selection is on the side, which he’s sharing only at SportsLine. Hunt has a proven track record with these clubs, going 7-2 in spread picks involving the Broncos, so you’ll want to see what he’s picking.

Hunt knows that Denver QB Case Keenum is unlikely to see many snaps in his first start for his new team. However, the other key cog in his arrival should have a major impact on the game. Trevor Siemian was sent to Minnesota after starting under center for the Broncos for the better part of two seasons.

Siemian, who will back up Kirk Cousins for the Vikings, is expected to see the bulk of the snaps Saturday. Third-string quarterback Kyle Sloter was waived by the Broncos last year after playing his college ball at Northern Colorado.

Paxton Lynch, a 2016 first-round draft pick who has yet to prove he is a franchise quarterback, will likely see the majority of the snaps for Denver. Ole Miss product Chad Kelly, a seventh-rounder last year, will be No. 3 on the depth chart.

The exhibition opener also should give the Vikings a chance to see the progress of running back Dalvin Cook, who saw most of a once-promising rookie season cut short because of a torn ACL.

The Broncos will be eager to see the NFL debut of linebacker Bradley Chubb, who was taken fifth overall in the draft out of N.C. State. Many observers anticipate a breakout rookie season with Chubb paired alongside veteran Von Miller.

Hunt has dissected this matchup and identified a critical x-factor that will determine the outcome, and his pick is only available at SportsLine.

So which side of Vikings-Broncos should you be all over Saturday? And what huge x-factor makes all the difference? Visit SportsLine now to see what side of Vikings-Broncos is a must-back, all from an insider who’s 7-2 on picks involving Denver.

The final major of 2018 arrived earlier this week, and the inclement weather followed. The 100th edition of the PGA Championship was suspended on Friday midway through Round 2, which will continue at 8 a.m. ET on Saturday with hopes of wrapping it up inside of three hours. At that point, the formal cut will be made, and golfers that move on will play in staggered threesomes starting at holes No. 1 and No. 10 in hope of competing Round 3 before nightfall.

The leaderboard over the two days at Bellerive Country Club in St. Louis should be interesting, particularly because Tiger Woods was 3 under early in his second round and looked to be on a roll Friday before play was suspended. There were plenty of low numbers to be had at the time, but Saturday may well be a different beast for the 2018 PGA field. The only way to find out is to tune in and/or follow along and see what transpires over the course of the day.

CBS Sports will be with you the entire way on Saturday updating this story with the latest scores, analysis and highlights from Round 2 & 3. Lions Raiders Live Stream

Lions vs Raiders : The 2018 preseason kicks off in Oakland for the Detroit Lions. Matthew Stafford, Darius Slay and the rest of the team face off against Jon Gruden’s Raiders in a late-night affair. Lions vs Raiders: New Oakland Raiders head coach Jon Gruden isn’t the only first-year head coach in the league this season. Detroit Lions head coach Matt Patricia is also in his first season and the two new coaches will meet Friday night (7:30 p.m. PT/10:30 p.m. ET) as both teams open their preseason schedules.

You can watch the live stream of the game on NFL gamepass.

The hiring of Gruden gives Raiders fans hope the team can turn around their fortunes after last year’s turbulent season (6-10 in 2017). Former coach Jack Del Rio was fired and owner Mark Davis finally convinced Gruden to return to his old stomping grounds (Gruden was the Raiders coach from 1991-2001).

Gruden, who has not coached since he was fired by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2008, comes to Oakland with plenty of question marks. Does his in-your-face personality still resonate with today’s players, or will they simply tune him out? The game has changed considerably since 2008 and there is a question of whether his style will work in 2018.

Patricia, the former defensive coordinator under Bill Belichick with the New England Patriots, takes over from Jim Caldwell. Caldwell who was fired after the Lions failed to earn a playoff berth and finished with a 9-7 record in 2017, but he guided the Lions to two playoff berths during his four seasons in Detroit.

The (new) Jon Gruden era begins in Oakland on Friday, as the Raiders host the Detroit Lions to open their preseason. For the Lions, Matt Patricia will be prowling the sideline as a head coach for the first time, as he tries to make the Lions a playoff team again. While the playbooks will, of course, be relatively vanilla, it will be interesting to see the old-school style that Gruden preaches in action once again.

For the Lions, rookie running back Kerryon Johnson out of Auburn will be hitting the preseason field for the first time as a pro. The Raiders, meanwhile, will be getting a very important first look at rookie tackle Kolton Miller. While Donald Penn and the Raiders reportedly stand off in a contract dispute while Penn is injured, Miller’s performance could factor into his playing time this season. Another big Raiders acquisition is wide receiver Jordy Nelson, who could be catching passes from Derek Carr in a preseason game for the first time on Thursday.

Expect to also see quite a bit of Lions quarterback Matt Cassel, as he battles with Jake Rudock for the backup job to Matthew Stafford. This game has a lot of faces in new places, and for that reason alone there’s value to tuning in.

Friday night should be an opportunity for beginners to retire a bit of summer rust in the game, and it is a real opportunity for players to compete for work to defend their interests. Tonight you will see many columns in second, third and fourth place, although football can be uncomfortable, but your performance will help us determine who is going to a 53-person position and who will retire early from Atlanta.

This is the key message you need tomorrow. We will meet at 7:30 in the afternoon. Clear information was provided on Friday on the subject.

Atlanta Falcons vs. New York Jets Pre-season Week 1
Time: Friday, August 10 at 7:30 p.m. M., Eastern Time

Location: Metropolitan Life Stadium, East Rutherford, New Jersey

TV channel: CW

Radio: 92.9 competition

Odds: The Jets are favored by 2.5, but why do you care?

Prediction: The Falcons win 21-17

According to the Atlanta-Daily-Constitution, the Falcons will be dressed at least in the first quarter of the game to dress the regular starting lineup. In the depth chart, Matt Ryan, Mohamed Sanu, Devonta Freeman, Tevin Coleman and first-round pick Calvin Ridley will participate in the game. Pro Bowl wide receiver Julio Jones will not take action against the Jets. On the defensive side, do not expect the starting players to continue exceeding the first group in the first quarter of the game. They can be less than the initial attack.

Isaiah Oliver (cornerback), the second round selection in 2018, is the one who will participate at least in the competition. The product from the University of Colorado is fighting for the club’s initial work and is likely to start this season as a backup.

New York Jets
Jet fans will have the opportunity to see the team’s future for the first time, as field marshal Samda Nord is expected to participate in the game. Darnold and free-agent quarterback Teddy Bridgewater (formerly the Vikings) split most of the first team representatives this week because Josh McCown played easily in practice. There is also a lot of media speculation that Darnold plans to be the team’s opening game. Do not buy exaggerations, because McCown will be at the center of the first week, and Darnold will keep the clipboard on the sidelines.

The most important question is what happens in Bridgewater? If another NFL team prepares for the quarterback, the Jets can replace Bridgewater with a good asset and Darnold with the marshal’s depth map. The hermetic Chris Herndon has impressed the aviation bosses of the camp so far. It is said that he will be the “central” part of the future of this alignment. Free agent broker Thomas Thores, who spent the last few years in Seattle, was limited in practice this week and will not participate this Friday night.

FLOWERY BRANCH, GA – The Falcons start their 2018 preseason on the road in New Jersey, and face the New York Jets on Friday at 7:30. ET.

The Falcons defeated the Jets 25-20 in the rain last season, but this is a new season, giving the coaching staff the opportunity to evaluate their players against the game live on Friday.

In this preseason, Falcons fans living in Atlanta will have a special game of online viewing.

Key question: Can the Falcon stay healthy? After tonight, will you fight the position in any form or form of guard, defensive tackle, right back and returnee? Will Kurt Benkert make our hearts or our hearts?

Falcons coach Dan Quinn ruled out kicker Matt Bryant and offensive tackle Ty Sambrailo on Friday. After the start of this week, Takkarist McKinley on the defensive side will face the Jets.
